Our Ayurveda Centre offers advanced cleanses/detox and therapies that can address many very normal emotions of anxiety and depression, to presented symptoms of fatigue, difficult digestion, skin disease, women’s health and promote natural weight loss.
Sundara Clinic offers workshops and programs, from a number of nationally known practitioners, that base themselves upon the philosophy that sees the body as being innately intelligent holding the answers and ability to heal, maintain balance and self regulate when given the right environment (mental physical, spiritual and emotional).
It seems human nature to do what we can get away with, “one man’s meat is another man’s poison” finds acceptance in Ayurvedic philosophy – once we recognise our individual approach to healing through diet and lifestyle we begin to make choices that align with our natural rhythms.
I initially went to see Heidi for general wellbeing and let’s be honest, curiousity. What I got out of my treatment was so much more. We all have little things within our bodies that we just live with and see as part of life. However, I learnt that this does not have to be the case. My digestion has improved ten fold (turns out it isn’t normal to feel bloated after every meal and can be avoided), my energy level has increased, my anxiety has reduced considerably and a particular ‘girlie’ issue I had and was told by many GPs was something I just had to live with, has been sorted. I have referred friends to Heidi who too have found her treatments to be of great benefit and I will continue to refer more. I cannot recommend Heidi and her practice enough. Not only for the benefits of Ayurveda but the gently, loving, nurturing soul that Heidi is.
Heidi recommended that with a specific diet, exercise and some Ayurvedic medicines that the tumour and other growths may be removed. So for the next three months I followed everything Heidi recommended and I am extremely happy to report that a follow-up pelvic scan came back clear … no tumour or growths at all; and therefore no surgery!!! What a wonderful outcome and all thanks to Heidi.
