Autumn Ayurvedic Cooking Class
Saturday 28th March, Sundara Retreat
Avoid being led into another fad or restrictive diet that will, in many cases, cause more avoidable symptoms.
Join me for my Autumn Ayurvedic Cooking Class on Saturday, 27th March, 10-1:30pm at Sundara Retreat, where we will delve into understanding of what is happening in your body in Autumn and understand why choosing foods for your specific body type is the most effective way of eating.
We will look at why cleansing your body in Autumn will help to release old habits, that feeling of uneasy digestion, foggy mind and that heavy feeling.
Be your own healer. Instead of persistently trying to fix your symptoms, approach your wellbeing holistically with Ayurveda.
These cooking classes are fun and interactive, and you take away my recipes to help you transition into Winter.
What’s on the menu:
• Special Ayurvedic decoction tea – to reduce symptoms of colds and flu
• Three-bean Southern Chili – we will make into soft tacos with sauerkraut
• Avocado salad with special Salsa Verde, baked garlic and capers
When: Saturday, 27th March, 10-1:30pm, $65
Where: Sundara Retreat, Black Mountain – 10mins from Cooroy
