We not only teach Ayurvedic philosophy and theory but teach practical/ clinic practices right from the very first few weeks of the course which continues throughout the course. Everyday we have cooking class. You will also be trained in therapeutic yoga, making of Ayurvedic Oils, decoctions, Ghritams and Chooranas as well as in detailed case taking, Classical Ayurvedic therapies, to ensure vocational competence at completion.
Our Diploma of Ayurveda course is held at our clinic and training centre in Cooroy (Noosa) at Life in Balance: Ayurveda & Yoga, the Sunshine Coast Campus of the Ayurveda College. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays from 9-4pm for 78 weeks.
Whether you are seeking to work in an Ayurvedic clinic as a consultant or therapist, or provide Ayurvedic lifestyle advice and therapies in addition to your practices or to friends and family, you will learn the essential Classical Ayurvedic knowledge and practical/clinic skill in small classes with our own professional Ayurvedic Clinic.
On successful completion of this course you will be awarded a nationally recognised Diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation.
